Media Order

Upon finalizing , we will proceed to issue the Media Order to the client, thereby officially initiating the Cinema Advertising Campaign process.

Estimated turnaround time: 1-3 business days (subject to client approval).

Content Production

Depending on the client’s requirements,
the Avyan team can assist with the Content Production process. Alternatively, clients may provide their own content. All content must comply with the regulations set forth by Censorship (Lembaga Penapisan Filem) guidelines.
Estimated time for Production: 14-28 days (subject to client's approval and ad type requirements).

Approvals

Upon design confirmation,

the Avyan team will submit the Content for

Finas & LPF approval. Detailed information about the product, brand, or service depicted in the content will be requested background checks.

Minimum Time Required: 14 business days

Additional Time for Corrections: 7-10 business days per correction

DCP Conversion

Upon receiving approval from FINAS, LPF, and the Cinema Operator, we will proceed with converting the video to the Digital Cinema Package (DCP) format. This conversion is essential as DCP is the standard format compatible with cinema projectors.

Minimum Time Required: 1-2 business days

Start Campaign

Upon converting to DCP file format,

we will officially commence the Cinema Advertising Campaign by scheduling show dates. The campaign will begin on the day the client’s advertisement broadcasted on particular Cinemas.

Estimated time : 7-14 days (Subjective to the type of cinema operator)
